Concrete Batch Plant – Community Awareness (Time Sensitive)

Concrete Batch Plant Development Permit Updates – Last chance for input may be as early as April 3rd

Heidelberg Materials has applied to build a concrete batch plant within the existing gravel pit near the Bow River. While no meeting date has been confirmed, the application could go to the Planning Commission with limited notice, meaning the next possible deadline for public input may be as early as March 5.

If you have concerns, only individual emails and lived experience are included in the material reviewed by the Planning Commission.

Residents who wish to participate can:
