GlenEagles provides a variety of living options. You can choose to live in GlenEagles East and West where you are responsible for your home and property. Once largely a retirement community, GlenEagles East and West are seeing an increasing number of younger families move into the area. GECA and the ToC partner to maintain the more than 13 acres of parks, islands and boulevards.

Alternatively you can live in one of five bareland condominiums where typically you own your own lot and residence and the Condominium Corporation is responsible for roads and landscaping, etc.

Each of GlenEagles condos offers either detached homes (GlenSummit, GlenVista and The Estates) or semi-detached homes (GlenHaven and The Villas) and attract varying demographics.

While there is a fair amount of consistency among the five condominiums, each has its own regulations. You should contact the condo’s management company for additional information and to answer any questions you may have.
