  • The Estates

GlenEagles Estates is a small, established residential neighborhood located on Cochrane’s eastern hillside, offering scenic views of the Rocky Mountains, the Bow River Valley, and the surrounding foothills.  The Estates consists of 83 homes, primarily built in the early to mid-2000s, providing a mature community feel with well-developed landscaping and larger lots.   Homes in the Estates are known for their attractive architecture, walkout basements and large windows to maximize the panoramic views.

All homes in the Estates have unobstructed panoramic views, with almost all facing west toward the GlenEagles Golf Course and Bow River below, and the majestic Rocky Mountains on the horizon.

As a bareland condominium, residents own their individual properties and lots, while shared infrastructure like the private roads and green spaces are maintained collectively through a condo association.

The Estates provide a peaceful setting, convenient access to Highway 1A, and proximity to the larger GlenEagles community with its parks and golf courses.  It’s a great combination of country living with urban convenience.
