GlenHaven is a neighborhood of 34 villas and 68 residences. It’s in a beautiful, quiet setting; nestled in a coulee just below Big Hill. We are a bare land condominium development which means the owners own the land the condominium sits on, but our condominium bylaws allow the condominium association to manage the land. While we are not an age restricted area, a number of our residents are in the retired or partially retired category. The vast majority of the units are owner occupied, with neighborhood building starting in 1996 and completed in 2006.

Our Condominium Board manages the development property; ensuring the units are in good repair, the grounds are maintained in the summer and the roads are cleared of snow and ice in the winter. One of our challenges is to ensure our residents are safe when out and about in the neighborhood. We don’t have visitor parking or sidewalks, so we ensure our roads are safe to walk on. We have a fairly low speed limit and you will notice a number of our residents getting exercise for themselves and their pets. As a Board, we take pride in working within our budget, managing our reserve fund, and have never required a special assessment from our residents.
