GlenEagles is one of Cochrane’s leading subdivisions and contains 955 homes. It is comprised of 7 distinctly different communities offering a range of housing options. These communities are linked by GlenEagles Drive that also provides access to the GlenEagles Golf Course.

The community of “GlenVista” was constructed between 2004 and 2006. It consists of 42 single family homes within a bareland condominium guided by Bylaws to assure a consistent and stable community. These Bylaws also contain the architectural controls that maintain a uniform exterior appearance.

The Vistas area is located at the top of the hill and is easily accessed from Gleneagles Drive. There are 12 two storey homes and 30 walkout bungalows that provide most owners with both mountain and valley views. As is the case with all homes in GlenEagles, the residents of GlenVista are surrounded by green space and are in control of the community’s landscaping.

The Vistas has a playground and has easy access to Cochrane’s walking paths. The many acres of green space in GlenEagles provide residents with year-round sightings of wildlife including fox, deer and the occasional moose.

For more information please contact the GlenEagles Community Association and we will forward your request to the GlenVista Board.
